Sports Therapy

Sports coaches are increasingly interested in the role of sport psychology focused on techniques that successful athletes use when in the competitive situation to maintain control and optimise their performance. These techniques, when successfully applied, allow the athlete to relax and focus their attention, in a positive manner, on the task of preparation and participation in competition. Neuro-Feedback is another weapon in the athlete's armoury in gaining the winning edge. Goal setting and planning help define the long-term vision and short-term missions. Hypnosis and Neuro-Feedback focuses on the behaviors and helps to organize the minds resources. If an athlete sees that they are achieving short term goals and moving towards their long term goals then self confidence grows. When an athlete has self confidence they will show enthusiasm, be positive in their approach and take their share of the responsibility in success or failure. Peak Performance is the result of this vision and plan put into action over a period of time. Our strategies and mental/emotional patterns will accelerate your success, leverage and enhance your performance.
